Refund policy

Because rice is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it. Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
